This Privacy Policy describes how the wrd app handles information when you use the app and its widget.
1. What we collect
We do not require account registration and we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or payment card details inside the app.
We use Firebase Analytics to collect limited app usage analytics, such as app launches, screens viewed, button taps, subscription state, selected learning settings, and similar product interaction events. This helps us understand how the app is used and improve stability and product decisions.
2. What stays on your device
Your learning preferences, onboarding choices, widget settings, saved words, and similar local app state are primarily stored on your device using Apple system storage.
3. Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your full payment card number or other full payment details.
4. Cookies
The iOS app does not use browser cookies in the way a website does.
5. How we use analytics data
- To understand feature usage and app flow.
- To improve app quality, usability, and subscription experience.
- To measure product performance at an aggregate level.
6. Data sharing
Analytics data may be processed by Google Firebase as our analytics service provider. We do not sell your personal data.
7. Your choices
If you stop using the app and remove it from your device, locally stored app data on your device is removed according to iOS behavior and your device settings. Subscription management is handled through Apple.
